Our Fitness facility is home to the top of the Line Precor Equipment. Our Cardiovascular equipment include Ellipticals (EFX), Treadmills, Adaptive Motion Trainers (AMT) and Bikes. We also offer Precor Strength Training Equipment and free weights allowing you to select a work out that best fits your goals.
Our Functional Training Room is home to the TRX Functional Training System. The TRX is set-up for 1-3 individuals. It allows you to use your body weight to challenge your muscles and engage your core. It is a great workout for all skill levels. The Functional Training Room also gives our members free 24/7 access to over 700 workouts on a 65” HD TV. There is a program for everyone; P90X, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession and more! Whether you workout alone, with a partner, or in a group, our Functional Training Room is the perfect place to challenge your body and get a great workout in!
